Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to optimise outreach. Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals. Oversee the creation and execution of digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing. Manage content creation, including copywriting and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and WordPress. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to inform future strategies. Coordinate SEO efforts to enhance website visibility and organic traffic. Lead cross-functional teams on projects related to B2B marketing initiatives. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with target audiences. Organise market research activities to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate campaign results and strategic insights to stakeholders. Ensure all marketing activities comply with organisational standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications



Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, social media management, organisational skills, and project management. Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently through effective time management and organisational skills. Pay: 50,000.00-51,157.71 per year
