Role Overview




We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead strategic growth initiatives across our Wound Closure & Biosurgery portfolios. This role combines

market development

,

strategic execution

, and

team leadership

to deliver highly impactful outcomes. Key focus responsibilities include:

Specialty expansion for Wound Closure

into

C-Section and Plastic Surgery

Strategy expansion for Biosurgery

to expand product adoption vs primary methods

Leadership of our Wound Closure & Biosurgery Omnichannel marketing strategy

Ownership of Biopatch strategy and leadership

ofhybrid sales team

Leadership of Inside Sales strategy

, including management of

direct reports



The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, capable of driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities



1. Specialty Expansion - Wound Closure



Develop and execute marketing strategies to penetrate

C-Section

and

Plastic Surgery

markets. Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking to identify target opportunities Collaborate with clinical teams to build evidence-based value propositions and educational content.

2. Biosurgery Strategy Development



Develop and execute the Expand Product Adoption (EPA) of the Biosurgery portfolio vs Primary methods in our focus specialities. Develop a UK specific approach to Patient Blood Management (PBM) that feeds into the broader EPA strategy in the UK Align local execution with global EPA & PBM strategy to maximize impact and consistency

3. Omnichannel Marketing Leadership



Design and implement an

omnichannel approach

integrating digital, field, and educational channels across the Wound Closure & Biosurgery portfolio focusing on targeted NPI's campaigns Act as the direct link between the regional Omnichannel team and the UK to drive regional and global campaign strategy. Optimize customer engagement through data-driven insights and tailored content.

5. Inside Sales Leadership & Team Management



Develop and execute an

inside sales strategy

to complement field efforts and drive incremental growth. Manage and coach

direct reports

, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering professional development. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Biopatch Strategy & Sales Leadership



Lead the end-to-end

Biopatch portfolio strategy

, focusing on securing current customer base and expanding footprint into new clinical areas. Responsible for developing assets and supporting materials for sales team execution Develop and implement a commercial proposal focused on taking competitive share in WIN accounts Lead the UK hybrid sales team through direct leadership

6. Performance Measurement & Insights



Define KPIs for specialty expansion, omnichannel engagement, and sales enablement. Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Leadership Expectations



Act as a role model for cross-functional collaboration and customer-centricity. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve ambitious goals. Drive innovation and best practices in marketing and sales enablement. Represent the marketing function in leadership forums and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications & Skills



5+ years of marketing experience in

MedTech or healthcare

, with proven success in strategy development and execution. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Expertise in
