We are looking for a proactive and creative

Marketing Manager

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and play a key role in shaping our marketing activity.

About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be working across a variety of marketing activities, with a strong focus on SEO and website performance. You will help create engaging marketing materials, manage our social media presence, and ensure our website is optimised to increase visitor traffic and search engine visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic Regularly update and maintain website content for SEO best practices Create and upload engaging content for our social media channels Assist in producing marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and promotional assets Analyse website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations Work closely with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and comfortable working in a small team environment where every contribution counts.

Essential skills & experience:

Proven experience in SEO and website optimisation Familiarity with Shopify and its development tools Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends Confident in creating written and visual content for social media Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Desirable skills:

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Previous experience in a similar marketing role within an SME
