Part-Time Marketing Manager

Location:

Marlborough, Wiltshire (on-site or hybrid)

2 days per week (approx. 15-16 hours)

Salary:

14,000-18,000 per year (equivalent to 35,000-45,000 full-time)

About D&R Furnishers

D&R Furnishers is a much-loved, family-run interiors business based in Marlborough, creating beautiful made-to-measure curtains, blinds and home furnishings. We're known for our personal touch, expert craftsmanship and warm, welcoming approach.

We're now looking for a

bubbly, creative and hands-on Marketing Manager

to help us tell our story -- someone who truly "gets" interiors, loves design, and has an instinct for what looks and feels right for our brand.

The Role

This is a part-time role for someone who can bring energy, style and heart to our marketing. You'll plan and deliver everything from social media content and blog posts to email campaigns and small paid ad campaigns.

You'll be a natural storyteller with a great eye for design -- just as happy writing about fabric trends or home styling tips as you are creating a beautiful post in Canva.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and manage our

social media

- posting regularly and engaging with followers. Create

beautiful visuals in Canva

that reflect the D&R look and feel. Write warm, inviting

blog posts and email newsletters

that bring our world to life. Run simple, targeted

paid social campaigns

to reach new customers. Keep our

brand voice and visual style consistent

across everything we do. Celebrate our projects, products, and people through storytelling. Report back on what's working and share fresh ideas for growth.

About You

You have

3+ years' experience

in marketing, ideally in interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands. You're

warm, friendly, and full of ideas

-- a natural communicator. You have a

keen eye for design

and love creating content in

Canva

. You enjoy writing and can capture the D&R tone: welcoming, stylish, and down-to-earth. You're confident managing

social and paid campaigns

independently. You're proactive and self-sufficient -- you'll be our go-to marketing expert. You genuinely

love interiors

and appreciate beautiful spaces.
