Forward Role are working with a fast-growing consumer-focused business to recruit a Marketing Manager.
This role is perfect for an experienced Marketing Manager or a Senior Marketing Exec looking for that next step.
The company is entering an exciting growth phase, backed by strategic investment from a larger group, with strong governance and a collaborative culture.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns, tracking performance, and optimising results.
This is a tactical, execution-focused role, ideal for someone with B2C experience in consumer-led sectors who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Create and share engaging content across digital platforms to educate and connect with customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and strategy.
• Track, analyse, and report campaign results, optimising performance and supporting lead generation.
• Assist with collateral, PR, SEO, referral initiatives, and other marketing activities as needed.

What we're looking for:

• B2C marketing experience
• Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns in consumer-focused sectors
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, web content, and sales materials.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness, with the ability to measure and optimise campaign ROI.
• Self-motivated, organised, curious, and driven, able to work independently without close supervision.
