ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing

• Design and execute a multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital, content, event, and partnership strategies
• Develop and maintain a unified and consistent brand identity and strategic messaging across all platforms
• Lead the development and implementation of targeted lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Oversee content production to create engaging materials like blogs, videos, and case studies
• Execute digital strategies, including managing social media campaigns, planning email marketing to nurture leads, and SEO
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities drive effective lead nurturing and conversion
• Manage external partners, including photographers, videographers, and industry influencers, to expand brand reach
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI to drive data-informed decision-making

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within a B2B or industrial setting
• Willingness to be both strategic and hands-on
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation
• Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and CRM systems
• A strong relationship builder with experience of forging productive working relationships with sales teams
• A creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
