Designed and built in the UK, our products are sold in over 43 countries worldwide. We are an established business with a rapidly growing global customer base, yet we believe we are still in the early stages of market adoption. Increasing worldwide awareness while continuing to deliver meaningful, performance-led upgrades for music lovers is central to our next phase of growth.
In support of this, we are preparing to launch a series of new products this year that broaden our range and open up further commercial opportunities. Alongside this expansion, we are strengthening our direct-to-consumer presence while also preparing to enter Asian markets through selected dealer-led partnerships.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help execute and evolve our marketing activity as the business grows and our product range expands. This role will suit someone who is motivated by growth, enjoys building momentum, and wants to develop their career alongside a business that is scaling internationally.
You will work closely with our Sales Manager and Engineering Team to ensure the Stack Audio story is communicated clearly, confidently, and consistently, while helping to increase brand awareness, authority, and customer confidence across global markets.

Brand awareness and recognition grow steadily across key international markets
Marketing activity clearly supports sales growth and first-time customer acquisition
Marketing activity is delivered consistently, on time, and to a high standard across channels
Stack Audio becomes increasingly recognised as a trusted and authoritative voice in the hi-fi accessory space
Existing reviews, press coverage, customer feedback, and content assets are used more effectively
Marketing output becomes more structured, data-informed, and impactful over time
What You'll Do
Execute marketing activity that supports sales growth and brand awareness across existing and new markets
Help expand reach in under-explored regions while strengthening performance in established territories
Ensure the Stack Audio brand is communicated clearly and consistently across all channels
Create, manage, and coordinate marketing content that explains our products and performance benefits in a clear, engaging way
Make effective use of existing customer reviews, press coverage, measurements, and credibility assets
Support the growth of our YouTube and video content, helping position the brand as a trusted and authoritative voice over time
Own and manage our presence across web, social, and communication platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance
Support product launches, collaborations, and entry into new market segments
Track marketing performance and provide clear, regular reporting with insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and good judgement around brand, tone, and messaging
Comfortable working with international audiences and markets
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
Organised, thoughtful, and confident reviewing performance and making improvements
Motivated by growth, hungry to learn, and comfortable taking ownership as the business continues to expand
This role will not suit someone looking for a narrowly defined or purely task-based marketing position.
We are open to applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, including recent graduates and international candidates. Industry-specific experience is not essential. Attitude, judgement, and a willingness to take responsibility matter most.
