About the role

Operating from our UK Head Office and supported by our rapidly expanding UAE operations, Dooa is entering a significant phase of growth driven by digital innovation, new product development, and strategic international partnerships. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand presence and supporting our expansion across both markets.

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our brand portfolio, lead both digital and offline marketing initiatives, and manage a growing team alongside external agency partners. This position requires strong brand management capabilities, solid digital marketing expertise, and the ability to coordinate multi-market marketing operations effectively.

This is a strategic, creative, and hands-on position suited for someone passionate about beauty, brand building, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Portfolio Management:

Own, develop, and grow Dooa's portfolio of brands across global markets - UK, Europe and Middle East. Lead brand positioning, brand equity initiatives, and long-term brand strategy. Support the creation of new brands and new product launches from concept to market.
Marketing Strategy & Integrated Campaigns:

Develop 360-degree marketing plans across digital, retail, and trade channels. Oversee campaign execution across social media, paid marketing, PR, and ecommerce. Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Leadership:

Build and execute end-to-end digital strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, paid advertising, and conversion funnels. Oversee digital content creation, always-on campaigns, and performance optimisation to maximise ROI and customer acquisition. Manage corporate and brand websites, develop press releases, and oversee all brand and corporate communications. Strengthen brand visibility through strategic PR initiatives and industry partnerships. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing and digital teams, building capability across content, design, brand management, and digital strategy.
Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage creative, media, PR, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.

Trade Fairs & Exhibitions:

Lead the company's presence at international exhibitions and trade fairs. Oversee stand planning, design, presentations, and communication materials.
Performance, Reporting & KPIs: Monitor and report metrics including NPS, engagement, ROI, brand growth, and campaign performance.

Skills & Experience Required

5+ years of experience in the marketing role (brand and digital focus). Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, retail, or consumer goods preferred. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-market teams. Proven experience working with agencies and external partners. Strong understanding of digital analytics, consumer insights, and performance measurement. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (CIM/AMA qualification desirable).
