Marketing Manager

Company Background:

Bunk is independent multi-site restaurant group, established in 2015. We have experienced tremendous growth, expanding our presence from Nottingham City Centre to include locations in Derby, Leicester, Sheffield, Loughborough and Manchester.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive footfall, build brand awareness and support our venues day to day. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for Bunk and its affiliated brands and products.

This full-time position is based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. It's a hands on role suited to someone who understands hospitality, loves great food and drink and can turn ideas into results.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple sites. Manage all aspects of social media presence and engagement. Create compelling digital content to engage our audience (posts, stories, reels). Demonstrate strong copywriting skills for various marketing materials. Manage emails, customer databases, websites. Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns. Contribute to new brand and product development. Analyse and report marketing statistics and activities to the Directors. Plan and execute marketing projects and events. Develop marketing collateral such as competitions, flyers, and posters. Analyse survey and market research data to identify patterns and trends. Maintain marketing data records and assist in financial reporting for directors.

Requirements:

Proven marketing experience (hospitality experience a strong advantage). Strong social media and content creation skills. Organised, proactive and able to manage mulitple sites. Confident working independently and taking ownership. Comfortable visiting sites when needed. UK Driving licence is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
