Marketing Manager - Fire Safety Solutions | Nottinghamshire | 40,000-48,000 (depending on experience)
We are looking to appoint a skilled Marketing Manager for our client, a Manufacturer in Fire Alarm Systems, to drive growth and develop their marketing function. You'll be stepping into a position with real autonomy, working closely with the leadership team to shape and implement the company's marketing strategy. The organisation is investing in its growth, and they're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, manage a broad range of marketing activities, and elevate their presence both online and within the industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage digital channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing
• Produce compelling content to support lead generation and brand building
• Oversee marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Track campaign performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
• Support events, exhibitions, and partnership initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience in a marketing role with responsibility for running campaigns
• Strong writing and content creation capabilities
• Comfortable working with digital tools and analytics platforms
• Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines confidently
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
• Sector knowledge is helpful but absolutely not essential
