This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we plan and buy media, driving customer acquisition and brand growth across the media mix including TV, outdoor, radio, print, PPC, affiliates and social. You'll work with agencies and internal teams to deliver insight-led, measurable campaigns that balance brand building with commercial performance. , and for the other two days - you can work from wherever you like! The on-site location for this role is our support office, 'Mint House', in Royston, Hertfordshire. Our home from the very beginning, it's just off the A505 and 10 minutes' walk from Royston train station, with direct rail links to London King's Cross.
What you'll be doing....
Manage the strategy, planning and execution of the full paid media programme (TV, outdoor, radio, print, affiliates, PPC and social) with a focus on driving new customer acquisition and brand demand in the UK.
Partner with the Customer Insight and Analytics team to evaluate media effectiveness using econometric models and attribution, and assess the impact of promotions on ROI.
Manage day-to-day relationships with our media agency and suppliers to ensure performance delivery, best practice and commercial value across the mix.
Provide annual traffic, sales and profit forecasts, plus monthly reforecasts, performance reporting and scenario modelling.
Build and present business cases for incremental media investment and growth opportunities.
Lead a structured test-and-learn programme to optimise effectiveness and uncover new growth channels.
React quickly to tactical and trading opportunities with agile media planning.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets are fit for channel, audience and campaign goals.
Align paid media and SEO to maximise cross-channel efficiency.
Stay ahead of media trends and proactively recommend innovations to improve performance.
Who you are...
Commercially driven, with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience managing integrated paid media campaigns.
A confident communicator, able to collaborate across teams and present business cases to senior stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the resilience and problem-solving skills to adapt and deliver results.
Essential
Proven experience planning, managing and optimising multi-channel paid media across both brand and performance channels (TV, outdoor, radio, print, affiliates, PPC and social).
Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, performance reporting and business case development experience.
Solid understanding of media measurement, including attribution and econometric analysis.
Experience managing agency and supplier partnerships to deliver value and performance.
Track record working with consumer brands in multi-channel environments.
Desirable
Experience in cross-channel media buying across both traditional and digital platforms.
Strong knowledge of media platform technologies (programmatic, biddable, auction-based).
Resilient, collaborative and creative problem-solver.
