If you're energised by growing SEM performance, expanding brand visibility in the age of LLM-driven search, creating multi-channel demand-gen campaigns, and turning insight into sharp, high-impact performance, you'll feel right at home. You'll have the freedom to test, optimise and scale what works, while overseeing third-party agencies, freelancers and internal contributors to make sure every marketing touch-point lands with purpose.

What you'll get up to:



Develop, manage and deliver the integrated marketing plan across brand, comms and performance channels. Build and optimise the GTM channel mix (SEM, email/CRM, socials, digital PR, partnerships and content). Design and refine marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure the marketing plan is aligned to commercial goals. Own and manage lead gen, content and performance across the PRM website. Own the quarterly marketing and comms calendar, ensuring campaigns are aligned with commercial goals and customer insights. Drive measurable new customer engagement, acquisition and retention through multi-channel activity. Oversee budgets, allocate spend effectively and report regularly on performance and ROI. Provide insight-led recommendations for optimising budget and resource across channels. Conceptualise, design and deliver engaging rich content and campaigns. Shape and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners, ensuring strong delivery, accountability, and results. Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activity, to continuously refine your approach.

Your experience:



5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in a lead-gen environment Deep knowledge of PPC, SEM, SEO, CRO, social media marketing, email marketing and content marketing. Experience managing CMS' and CRMs Creative flair and an eye for detail, with a working knowledge of Canva, or similar Confident with copy and content creation Proven track record managing both brand and performance marketing channels. Experience working with paid media third parties and confidence in shaping strategy across paid social, search and display. Solid grasp of UX and A/B testing methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience planning and managing marketing budgets, with excellent financial acumen. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. A balance of creativity and commerciality, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. Experience working across multiple work streams and stack-ranking priorities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders

This is an opportunity for a UK-based person only. Location in the Greater Manchester or Plymouth area is preferred. Occasional travel to Plymouth is required. No overseas candidates will be considered.
