Role Summary



The Marketing Manager for Pewag Lifting solutions reports to Segment Management / Group Head of Marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy for the lifting segment (segment F). It combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, coordinating campaigns, digital presence, and product communication to enhance Pewag's position as a premium brand in lifting technology.

Essential Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an industrial B2B or technical environment. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in English (German or additional languages are not essential but would be a plus). Creative thinker with analytical capabilities and hands-on mentality.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Pewag Lifting in line with company goals. Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of activities. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Brand & Communication

Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and markets. Develop marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, product sheets, videos, and case studies. Support internal and external communications, including PR and corporate identity.
Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize digital channels (website, social media, newsletters, and online advertising). Coordinate with the digital team to improve SEO/SEM, lead generation, and analytics reporting. Oversee content creation for online platforms, ensuring technical accuracy and engaging messaging.
E-commerce

Assist the ecommerce team with a strategy for the lifting solutions team.
Sales Support

Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, trade show materials, and lead generation tools. Coordinate international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events. Create sales presentations and technical marketing support materials.
Product Marketing

Work with product management to launch new lifting products and solutions. Translate complex technical information into clear, market-oriented communication. Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis for key product ranges.

Role Specifics:



Location: Office Based - Poole.

Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 dependent on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30. Friday 08:30 to 16:00 (total of 40 hours per week).

Holiday: 20 days pro-rata plus the Christmas Shutdown period and UK Bank Holidays.
