Marketing Manager

to support leading our global marketing operations and drive exciting brand initiatives across multiple markets -- spanning both our

Foodservice

and

Retail

divisions.

A Key Role in a Rapidly Growing International Group

Based full-time in our

Slough office (near Heathrow, M25 J5)

, you'll join a

small, dynamic, and ambitious team

where ideas matter and impact is immediate.

You'll work closely with the

Head of Marketing

and our international sales teams, coordinating designers, freelancers, and agencies to bring our marketing vision to life.

brand campaigns and social media strategy

to

digital growth, packaging projects, and trade events

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate

brand and digital marketing campaigns

across Foodservice and Retail markets Manage

social media content and advertising

, ensuring brand consistency across platforms Oversee the

creation of marketing materials

(digital and print), working with internal designers and external contractors Support and execute

PR initiatives, product launches, events, and trade exhibitions

Collaborate with the NPD team on

new product and packaging development

Track marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI across channels Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, media partners, and customers

What We're Looking For

Experience in

branding, social media, and digital marketing

(minimum 2 years in a similar role) Strong understanding of

content strategy, campaign management

, and

visual identity

Proficiency with

Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Shopify, Mailchimp

or similar tools Excellent

communication and coordination

skills Confident managing

designers, agencies, and contractors

A genuine

passion for food, hospitality, and Italian culture

Fluent written and spoken

English
