Role: Marketing Manager - Professional Print
Location: Location independent - We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK. You may be required to travel to a customer at the needs of the business. This will typically be 1 day a month.
Fixed Term contract for 12 months
Package: 35,000 - 55,000 per annum + 15% bonus

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Konica Minolta!
As a Marketing Manager at Konica Minolta, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of targeted marketing programmes and campaigns to meet the demand generation targets for the professional print business unit through the channels working with the wider sales and marketing team.
Other duties will include:
  • Design, plan and implement account and audience specific multi-channel marketing programmes and campaigns to generate necessary awareness and qualified demand to achieve sales targets
  • Identify target personas and accounts and ensure most effective value propositions and content is used to engage with target audiences through the appropriate channels.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of each activity and campaign vs targets and manage the optimisation of programmes via the weekly sales and marketing scrum meetings
  • Leverage and prioritise the most effective mix of channels and activity - digital and non digital to deliver the required qualified demand and sales conversion to hit sales targets - Digital inbound or outbound, direct mail, frameworks, customer communications, referrals, events, Customer Success/ Account Management, Prospecting, PR & Affiliate etc
  • Share your marketing plans, successes and update with employees via Connect.
  • Leverage solutions partners & their MDF funds
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with relevant Industry bodies and networks - investigating new ways of working 'in partnership
  • Manage programme and campaign timelines, quality issues, resources & budget.

  • Demonstrable marketing experience in a Professional Print environment
  • Customer-focused, Understanding and addressing the needs and wants of your target market.
  • Project Management: Coordinating various marketing activities and ensuring they align with overall
strategy & deliver the target results on budget. * Excellent written (copywriting), presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Marketing and planning: Developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and understanding customer segments.
  • Ability to analyse marketing data to optimize campaigns, measure & deliver success.
  • Flexible and able to adjust strategies based on campaign performance and market changes.
  • Good Attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of a campaign are executed flawlessly.
  • Experience developing innovative marketing campaigns and solving problems creatively to achieve new levels of ROI
  • Experience collaborating with cross-function teams such as sales and wider marketing, which will be crucial for successful programmes and campaigns.
  • Effective decision-making skills help in evaluating options and choosing the best course of action.
  • Deep understanding of marketing & digital channels from events and affiliate marketing to social media, SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Marketing Automation (Marketo) is an advantage
