Alexander James Recruiting is currently looking for a Marketing Manager for a leading provider of Warehouse racking and storage products. Our client offers a competitive basic salary and a unique opportunity which would be ideal for a Marketing Executive that has had previous experience in a fast-growing company and is looking to progress into a managerial role. This is a great opportunity for a hungry, results drive induvial to work alongside a highly agile and adaptable sales team.

Responsibilities

Grow and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals inline with the company's guidelines

Help to create a strategic marketing plan that covers company's full offering and informs sector definition and targeting, product roadmap/s, product development, pricing strategy, lead generation, conversion and retention

Design and create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as website, blogs, social media, and promotional materials

To support the Sales team with a clear, demonstrable increase in leads generated and sales opportunities created - recommending any necessary refinements to the marketing plan.

Plan and manage all internal and external promotional events.

Requirements

To fulfil this role as Marketing Manager, you will be a motivated marketing professional with proven experience in digital marketing. Applicants should have a passion for strategic planning and an adaptable individual with a proactive take on data analysis. The company are looking for someone who buys into what they do and the variety of products they sell. The customer base they work with provides a great opportunity for the future marketing specialist to come up with creative solutions. Additionally, experience of running marketing campaigns and working alongside a fast-paced sales team would be preferred, as well as a strong understanding of market research and identifying industry trends. The ideal location is someone based in Northampton or commutable distance to their offices.

The Company

Our client are a fast growing provider of various products related to warehousing and logistics. Providing racking & shelving they also supply barriers & barrier protection products, conveyors and line marking among other products. Part of a wider group that works in the Education sector and with continued growth the company are now seeking a new Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a marketing strategy and implementation plan that identifies, anticipates and satisfies target market needs focusing on the storage and commercial fit out sector in the UK.
