Duties



Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals. Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing. Conduct SEO optimisation to improve website visibility and search rankings. Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, providing actionable insights. Coordinate content creation including copywriting for websites, social media posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint. Manage website content through WordPress, ensuring updates are timely and relevant. Lead social media management efforts to enhance brand presence and engagement. Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and foster business relationships. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics for senior management. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements



Proven experience in management within a marketing environment, with strong leadership skills. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email Marketing tools, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and organisational tools. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Analytical skills to interpret data effectively and optimise strategies accordingly. Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and experience in social media management. Demonstrated ability in copywriting tailored to target audiences. IT literacy with a focus on digital marketing platforms and tools. Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines efficiently. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead innovative marketing projects while contributing to organisational growth through strategic planning and execution.

Pay: 30,122.03-57,953.18 per year
