Job Description

Oracle seeks a strategic and results-driven Industry Marketing Manager to define and execute integrated, allbound campaign strategies across Oracle Applications (including NetSuite) and Industry Solutions, targeting core verticals. This role plays a critical part in designing and activating omni-channel, high-impact programs to drive brand awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth.



What You'll Bring



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience with major enterprise software or SaaS environments and a strong background across multiple industries (Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services, Construction, etc.). Demonstrable experience designing and executing omni-channel, multi-touch campaigns including digital-first and organic tactics; strong experience with intent, insights, and intelligence-driven campaign scoping and delivery. Proficiency with campaign analytics and a track record of optimising marketing investments based on pipeline, conversion, and ROI metrics. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse internal and external audiences. Advanced project management capabilities, with strong attention to detail and deadline orientation. Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcome-focused programs across matrixed, global teams.

What You'll Do



Define and execute broad, integrated marketing strategies for core industries across Oracle Applications, with an allbound approach leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics to accelerate pipeline and drive customer acquisition as well as cross-sell opportunities. Lead the design, launch, and management of omni-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns that leverage organic-first, digitally native strategies and the full marketing mix - prioritising innovation, tangible impact, and best practice, while tailoring each initiative to the buying journey to drive awareness, nurture prospects, accelerate funnel velocity, and support conversion to logo. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Regional Field Marketing, and centralised Oracle services globally - owning and influencing relationships with key stakeholders including Sales Managers and Representatives, Sales Development, Marketing Operations, Marcoms, Translations, and wider Oracle marketing teams, to ensure campaign alignment, measurable impact, best-practice exchange, and the amplification of marketing activities across industries. Build and execute high-impact ABM strategies to support key accounts and buying centres, in close partnership with regional sales leaders. Oversee the execution or Oracle's presence at key EMEA industry events. Embed nurture programs, retargeting, and personalised engagement to maximise ROI and conversion rates through the funnel. Act as a strategic partner to Sales - scope and deliver campaign briefings/enablement, gather sales feedback on program performance, and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales priorities. Forecast, monitor, and report on program performance, pipeline health, and campaign ROI - deliver data-driven recommendations and adjustments to exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, continuously innovating and optimising channel strategy to support an organic-first, test-and-refine culture.
