The Role:

As our Marketing Ad Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, running, and optimising paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital platforms. You'll bring your expertise in audience targeting, creative strategy, and performance analysis to drive measurable results and brand growth.

This is a remote role, but if you're based locally, we'd love to collaborate in person occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms. Develop strategic ad plans to boost visibility, engagement, and client bookings. Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear, data-driven reports and recommendations. Collaborate with creative teams to produce eye-catching, brand-consistent content. Stay ahead of digital and beauty industry trends to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience managing digital ad campaigns (Meta and TikTok essential). Proven success delivering high ROI in paid media campaigns. Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Excellent communication and project management skills. A creative eye and passion for the beauty/aesthetics industry.
