GENERAL SUMMARY:


The is a cross-functional leader within the organization and the primary owner and expert of the associated product lines and related portfolios for Tandem UK. This role leads the planning, management, and marketing initiatives to provide best-in-class products and experiences. The Marketing Manager for Patient, Digital & Events serves as a commercial interface with all functional areas within the organisation as well as external strategic partners for respective products and the patient channel. The Marketing Manager works to identify, create and execute marketing programs and initiatives focused on driving increased engagement, efficiencies, and sales growth throughout the organisation.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates and manages campaign assets, landing pages, and digital content aligned with brand and messaging strategy. Partners with external agencies and vendors to execute digital programs to drive patient awareness and adoption for Tandem products. Ensures alignment of marketing strategy with broader business goals and patient journey insights. Champions digital innovation and best practices across the organization. Ensures compliance with data privacy, regulatory, and brand standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales enablement, creative, and analytics. Oversees patient campaigns including performance tracking, reporting, and optimization based on KPIs and ROI Takes ownership for diabetes events marketing activities, planning and execution Acquires, analyzes and acts on data to ensure Tandem is well positioned to understand

market dynamics

Develops and tracks KPIs related to downstream commercial efforts. Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Strong grasp of downstream marketing tactics: market segmentation, sales enablement, segmentation, positioning, messaging, etc. Proficiency in digital platforms and web analytic tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Solid understanding of medical technology and ability to learn and articulate clinical benefits of complex products. Skilled in translating market research into product and customer requirements. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying topics Comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences Skilled at creating a cooperative team environment. Able to objectively evaluate situations and make recommendations for changes in light of project demands. Familiarity with regulatory processes, requirements and applicable marketing guidelines.

1. Minimum certifications/educational level:

BS/BA degree business, health sciences, or related field or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.

2. Minimum experience:

Related experience in medical device development process, product management, marketing, sales, or clinical support. * Experience in diabetes and/or consumer medical devices preferred.
