About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive the growth of our brand across

multiple channels, including social media, email, retail, and distribution. You'll play a

key role in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing content

production, and ensuring all marketing activity is on-brand, effective, and aligned with

business objectives. You'll also work closely with external agencies to manage

deliverables, timelines, and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across social, email, retail, and
other channels

Overseeing content and marketing asset production to ensure quality and brand
consistency

Assist with managing relationships with external agencies (PR, Google, Meta),
ensuring deliverables are on time, on brand, and aligned with objectives

Scheduling campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and reporting results Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns Collaborating with the wider team on product launches, promotions, and other
initiatives

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and campaigns

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of marketing experience across multiple channels Experience coordinating with external agencies or freelancers Strong written, communication, and organisational skills Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok),
email marketing, and paid advertising tools (Google Ads and Meta Ads)

Creative flair and an eye for detail Passion for wellness, storytelling, and building community Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
