This role requires someone who can run or manage VAs to run all marketing functions across multiple businesses from day one.

GoHighLevel: funnels, workflows, automations, AI WhatsApp Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads SEO and on-page improvements Social media marketing + content planning Landing pages + CRO Tracking, UTMs, dashboards, reporting Managing designers, editors, and GHL VAs
If you can't execute these confidently, this role will not work for you.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

You will lead marketing for:

GM Dental practices GM Dental Lab Elevate Dental Academy Elevate Accounts (SaaS) Implant & training funnels
You run the entire marketing engine.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and optimise paid ads Oversee YouTube, SEO, and social media Create funnels and automation inside GHL Manage VAs for technical and creative tasks Track performance and hit CPL/CPB/booking targets Weekly KPIs and reporting Fix issues fast; no waiting for directions
