Focused on identifying target customers and driving branding/marketing strategies/messages that result in successful products/brands including:


Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior for each Analyzing potential markets, competitor positioning, and customer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, favorable timing for product launch, etc. Developing brand/product positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics (e.g., company website, social media, publications, email) Developing and implementing product commercialization & marketing strategies terials Ensuring customer experience is in line with brand image and strategy May involve managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI)



Supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include: o Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. o Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. o Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Job Summary




The Marketing Manager will work within the Continence Care franchise.


In your role you will be responsible for developing from concept to creation, innovative campaigns that work cross-channel to drive new customer acquisition, up-sell/cross-sell, improve engagement and aid retention. Supported with colleagues in disciplines across Digital, Social, email and exhibitions, this role requires an in-depth understanding of product marketing & management.


Working closely with a dedicated Customer Insight analyst you will identify opportunities within customer segments to optimise revenue opportunities. This includes improvements in targeting, messaging and positioning. You will be well practiced in designing and planning actionable campaigns cross-channel and have a good understanding of the value of each channel within the marketing mix.


This is a true cross-functional role at the center of all product marketing activities working very closely with a range of Regional Business Managers, Consumer Sales & Operations, Field Sales and our external partners to ensure cohesiveness in successful execution.

Duties and Responsibilities



Lead planning and execution of UKI marketing strategy Lead and directly manage the Digital Specialist and Sale&Marketing Specialist + Plan, develop, and execute campaigns across key customers (users, Payers, HCPs) channels that result in increased customer acquisition, loyalty and conversion
+ Work with data and analyze trends to drive segmentation and enhance effectiveness of campaigns
+ Ensure quality and on-time execution of all campaigns and overall program performance
+ Lead new product launches to ensure brand awareness and sampling
+ Facilitate product training (internally)
+ Work closely with Global product teams, to drive launch excellence of new product launches
+ Lead and execute Digital Marketing to align and maximise business and content strategies with all online and offline DtC campaigns
+ Engage and manage external resources including agencies and vendor partners
+ Continually identify new opportunities along the customer journey for greater optimisation and business impact across both Convatec and Amcare(TM) Group business
