We are now looking for an experienced and creative

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing and growth strategy as we expand across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote

Smart Apply

across digital platforms. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others). Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and target audiences. Build and maintain brand awareness through PR, content, and social media. Collaborate with the software team to ensure marketing materials align with product updates. Oversee SEO, website traffic analytics, and conversion rate optimization. Plan and implement influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives. Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, ROI, and user acquisition metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Marketing Manager

, preferably in a

SaaS or technology-based company

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing

,

SEO

,

content strategy

, and

social media management

. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Familiarity with tools such as

Google Analytics

Meta Business Suite

, and

Canva/Adobe tools

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Understanding of the

UK digital market

is highly desirable.
