Location



Our offices are based in Selkirk in the Scottish Borders. Ideally we would be looking for someone to work in the office full-time with our marketing team, however we will consider a hybrid arrangement if necessary.

Role Overview



We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role will oversee all marketing activities for retail, wholesale, trade shows, and events, ensuring brand consistency and growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, and commercially focused, with strong digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy & Planning


Develop and implement marketing plans to support retail and wholesale growth.

Manage seasonal campaigns and product launches across all channels.

Digital Marketing


Oversee website content, SEO, and e-commerce performance.

Manage and work with the team to plan paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

Analyse digital metrics and optimise for ROI.

Brand Communications


Create and manage press releases, PR campaigns, and media outreach.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Events & Trade Shows


Plan and coordinate marketing for trade shows, exhibitions, and brand events.

Content & Creative


Work closely with design and photography teams to produce engaging content.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.

Collaboration


Liaise with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.

Support sales teams with marketing materials and promotional strategies.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within fashion, textiles, or luxury goods. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Experience managing events and trade shows. Ability to analyse data and report on campaign performance. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CMS systems). Experience in e-commerce (Desirable).
