The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment. This position requires a dynamic individual who can develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones by focusing on both online and offline tactics this includes managing social media running ad campaigns and collaborating with other local businesses maintain high standards of customer service, and drive sales performance.
Duties
Develop and implement strategies to promote services
Manage brand identity and drive customer growth
Manage budgets analyse campaign performance and coordinating with staff and agencies
Conduct Market research , create and overseeing market campaigns
Responsible for managing the barbershops online presence and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
Maintain an organised and efficient shop environment, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a excellent service
Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
Train new employees on shop procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff to improve results
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the barbers organisation

Proven experience in a marketing manager role this is crucial
