Overview


The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment. This position requires a dynamic individual who can develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones by focusing on both online and offline tactics this includes managing social media running ad campaigns and collaborating with other local businesses maintain high standards of customer service, and drive sales performance.

Duties



Develop and implement strategies to promote services Manage brand identity and drive customer growth Manage budgets analyse campaign performance and coordinating with staff and agencies Conduct Market research , create and overseeing market campaigns Responsible for managing the barbershops online presence and ensuring brand consistency across all channels Maintain an organised and efficient shop environment, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a excellent service Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Train new employees on shop procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff to improve results Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the barbers organisation

Skills



Strategic business expertise and specialised digital marketing knowledge Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven experience in a marketing manager role this is crucial Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and staff. Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally. Strong administrative abilities for managing paperwork and operational processes efficiently. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
