Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing INCA London's marketing vision. Your role will include:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Develop, execute, and refine marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Set KPIs and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.

Creative Innovation:

Ideate and implement groundbreaking marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Develop compelling content and collaborate with creative teams for multimedia projects. Experiment with new marketing channels and tools to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials. Strengthen INCA London's brand identity by crafting a unique voice and image.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, Public Relations, and operations, to align marketing efforts. Lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team, ensuring continuous professional growth.

Digital & Social Media Expertise:

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media strategies. Manage and grow social media presence while engaging with the community effectively.

Event & Partnership Marketing:

Plan and execute marketing initiatives around events, campaign launches, and partnerships. Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners to amplify reach.
Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who brings a balance of creativity and strategic acumen, including:

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tools, and digital platforms. Exceptional ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metrics. Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
