About the Role:

As our Marketing A Lister, you'll be at the forefront of our creative revolution. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Leading and managing all on and offline marketing campaigns with flair and precision. Driving our SEO strategy to ensure we're always at the top of the search game. Creating compelling digital ads that capture attention and convert clicks into clients. Crafting innovative 'lumpy' mail campaigns that leave a lasting impression. Planning, creating, and managing our social media presence with original, engaging content that resonates with our audience. Generating leads and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Writing, constructing, and sending value-based emails to our list, then analysing their performance to optimise future campaigns. Developing blog articles following the "They Ask You Answer" principle by Marcus Sheridan to provide valuable insights and answers to our audience's questions. Potential to spearhead a small marketing team in the future, shaping the direction and strategy of our marketing efforts.

A proven track record in marketing with a creative edge. Expertise in SEO, digital advertising, social media management, email marketing, and content creation. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with our dynamic team. A passion for marketing that gets results. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar would be an advantage when creating content.

Salary Range:

30,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus performance related pay.
