Role Description



Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for branding and creative storytelling? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level and make a real impact.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on asking the right questions--like where are our leads coming from? How can branding drive enquiries and appointments? How do we turn data into actionable insights? If you're ready to shape a brand that influences decisions and inspires customers, we want to hear from you.

You'll lead the charge in developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy that unifies and elevates our presence across three premium service areas:

Loft & Extensions Bespoke Kitchens Premium Glazing Solutions
Your mission? To craft compelling narratives, generate qualified leads, and position Plus Rooms as London's go-to design and build studio for discerning homeowners.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Strategy & Storytelling

Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy across all service areas. Craft a compelling narrative that reflects our high-end, bespoke offering. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints--digital, print, showroom, and client communications.
Marketing Planning & Execution

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels. Identify new platforms and creative ways to tell our story. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations) to align marketing with business goals.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Drive qualified enquiries through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies. Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into actionable leads.
PR & Publicity

Act as a publicist for Plus Rooms--building relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners Secure press coverage and manage reputation across platforms.
Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Content & Design

Manage all internal and external resources in relation to Digital Marketing, Content and Design. Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance to optimise lead generation. Work with staff and partners to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience in London. Oversee website development and design.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies. Ability to craft and communicate a compelling brand story that differentiates Plus Rooms in a competitive market. Experience in positioning high-end or premium services. Strong understanding of holistic marketing across digital, social, PR, and offline channels. Creative Vision - An ideas-driven individual who can bring demonstrated ability to develop and unify brand identity across multiple service areas. Strong writing and visual storytelling skills. Ability to create engaging content tailored to the London market. Experience in driving and converting leads through targeted marketing efforts. Understanding of customer journeys and sales funnel optimisation. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable

Experience working within an agency of larger company. Experience in rebranding or brand evolution projects. Campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Proficient in Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and using data to drive decisions. Ability to interpret website and campaign data to optimise lead generation and conversion. Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and hands-on experience with CRM systems. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads and improve engagement. Competent in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce in-house content and reduce outsourcing. Experience in managing PR campaigns, securing media coverage, and acting as a brand spokesperson. Familiarity with the residential design and build sector. Good understanding of London homeowners and the competitive landscape. Ability to update and improve website tools (e.g. cost calculator) in collaboration with developers or independently.
