Marketing Manager - Shape the Future of an exceptional Family Business

Stephenson's is an independent family business. We have been supplying the catering trade with non-food equipment since 1868.
The Role
You'll lead a talented Marketing team and drive commercially focused marketing that genuinely moves the needle. From producing industry?leading product catalogues to elevating our showroom experience, you'll ensure our brand is consistent, compelling, and aligned with sales goals. You'll balance strategy with execution, shaping campaigns across digital, print, events, and in?store environments.
What You'll Do
Provide positive
team leadership, coaching & development
Deliver integrated, data?driven marketing campaigns that support growth
integrated campaign delivery
Own catalogue and website product content, ensuring accuracy and commercial impact
product catalogue leadership
Strengthen brand presence across showroom, Cash & Carry, social, and trade events
brand experience
Work closely with all teams to align marketing with commercial priorities
cross-functional alignment
Use customer insight, market trends, and analytics to shape strategy and improve performance
insight-led marketing
Represent the business at industry events and supplier meetings
external representation
What You Bring
Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B or product?led sectors
marketing leadership experience
Strong understanding of multi?channel marketing, catalogues, and brand management
marketing expertise
A hands?on approach, excellent attention to detail, and confidence coaching others
hands-on leadership
Experience with Adobe, CRM/ERP systems, and analytics tools
technical marketing skills
A customer?first mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams
