As we continue to expand our brand presence across the UK and international markets, we're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activity, strengthen our brand, and support ambitious growth plans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing campaigns from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across digital, print, and trade channels Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and digital campaigns Lead the planning and execution of product launches and promotional initiatives Create compelling content and oversee brand consistency across all materials Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions Work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to drive brand visibility Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI across all marketing activity Organise and support trade shows, events, and showroom promotions

About You

Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within manufacturing, home interiors, luxury goods, or a related sector Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and paid campaigns Excellent copywriting and content creation skills Strong project management abilities and a hands-on approach Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working both strategically and operationally Ability to collaborate across teams and manage external partners Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance metrics
