How you will make a difference.....



As Marketing Manager, you will ensure the effective delivery of marketing strategies that drive product adoption, profitable sales growth and strong OEM partnerships.

You will act as the link between Product, Sales and Marketing teams, setting clear objectives, managing campaigns and guiding the team to execute innovative and commercially focused marketing initiatives. You will ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and products, and that marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact. You will also take the lead on OEM projects, managing collaborations with partners to maximise product visibility and commercial success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing team, ensuring clarity of objectives, providing support and driving performance management. Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, GTM campaigns, channel marketing plans, events, exhibitions, partner programmes and OEM projects. Own and execute promotions across the full product lifecycle, from launches to clearance, ensuring impactful campaigns and measurable results. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales and other internal teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging and marketing activities. Oversee the development and implementation of impactful visual merchandising strategies that drive customer engagement, footfall and sales across retail and partner locations. Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and product positioning. Set KPIs and measure marketing effectiveness, reporting outcomes to senior leadership, and using data to optimise future campaigns. Oversee development of marketing collateral, sales tools and customer-facing resources to ensure commercial impact. Champion brand consistency across all channels, including retail, installer, designer/architect and OEM partners. Manage budgets, timelines and resources for marketing initiatives to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.

What you will need to succeed in your role....



Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a marketing team. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Strong commercial acumen, balancing creativity with measurable business results. Experience leading OEM or partner marketing projects and managing collaborative campaigns. Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels Strong understanding of product marketing, channel marketing, GTM strategies, sales enablement and OEM partnerships. Understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to guide and evaluate in-store displays. Ability to integrate visual merchandising into broader marketing and GTM strategies to enhance customer engagement and commercial impact. Data-driven, able to leverage market insights, customer feedback and analytics to inform strategy. Collaborative and team-oriented, working effectively across departments to deliver cohesive campaigns.
