We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, and excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse marketing campaigns, optimise online presence, and contribute to organisational success through innovative strategies. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing teams, executing B2B marketing efforts, and analysing campaign performance to ensure objectives are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote the school locally, nationally, and internationally.
Further develop the school's brand identity, ensuring consistency of tone, message, and visual presentation across all platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activity, using data and feedback to inform future strategy.
Recruitment and Admissions Support
In collaboration with the Head of Admissions, support all pupil recruitment campaigns, including domestic and international recruitment.
Work closely with the Head of Admissions to support enquiry management, conversion, and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, educational agents, and international partners where appropriate.
Events and Engagement
In collaboration with the Head of Admissions, plan, coordinate and promote open days, school tours, taster days, and other recruitment or community events.
Support the organisation and promotion of key school events to enhance engagement with prospective families, current parents, alumni, and the wider community.
Relationships and Community Outreach
Build positive and professional relationships with prospective families, current parents, alumni, and community partners.
Act as a key point of contact for external communications and represent the school at relevant events as required.
Digital Presence and Content Creation
Lead the design, development, and ongoing management of the school's website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with the school's ethos.
Design and manage all social media content and channels, maintaining an appropriate, professional, and consistent online presence.
Oversee the creation of high-quality video and photographic content to support marketing and recruitment.
Marketing Materials and Publications
Design and produce all marketing materials, including newsletters, prospectuses, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital publications.
Ensure all materials are accurate, well-presented, and aligned with the school's values and branding.
Additional Duties
General administrative functions as and when required
To perform any responsibilities associated with being a member of the school's staff, as reasonably directed by the Headteacher.

Pay: 29,000.00-34,000.00 per year
