This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies

that promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities



? Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and commercial

strategies to promote Hockwold Hall's wedding and events services in line with

business objectives.

? Lead all digital and offline marketing activities, including content creation, social

media, email marketing, website updates, and print campaigns.

? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business

opportunities, customer trends, and partnership prospects.

? Collaborate with senior management and the events team to determine service

offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.

? Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand

identity and quality standards.

? Oversee commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to optimise

profitability and maintain strong relationships.

? Monitor marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement, etc.)

and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.

? Ensure consistency and excellence across all communication materials and brand

touchpoints.

? Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and contractors for the

delivery of campaigns and promotional events.

? Support the launch of new services, products, and events through creative and

strategic campaign planning.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

? Proven experience in a marketing or commercial management role, preferably

within the hospitality, events, or luxury services sectors.

? Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism

Business, or a related field.

? Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and brand

management.

? Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, contract

negotiation, and business development.

? Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate

a team and manage multiple priorities.

? High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital analytics

and content creation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva,

Salesforce).

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to

decision-making.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the

brand professionally to clients and stakeholders.

? Experience within the wedding and events industry or luxury hospitality

environment.

? Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand

presentation.

? Experience working with international clients or campaigns.

? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving

priorities.

? Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for excellence.

? Familiarity with graphic design tools, SEO practices, or social media advertising

platforms.

? A positive and collaborative attitude, contributing to a supportive and dynamic
