The Bath House is a wellness destination celebrating traditional bathing rituals and holistic rejuvenation. We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence in the competitive beauty and wellness market.
The Role
This is a generalist marketing position offering creative freedom and the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy from the ground up. You will closely collaborate with our external strategy advisor, who will provide regular guidance, ensure alignment with the overarching growth plan, and support you in maintaining clarity, direction, and momentum across all marketing activities.
As the strategy evolves, you will take responsibility for its implementation and ongoing optimisation. The role can be full-time or part-time, with compensation aligned to experience and schedule. You'll be instrumental in our digital presence and campaign development, and will have an opportunity to contribute to our expansion plans for the new site.
This role will be perfect for someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and has a genuine passion for creating experiences that resonate with our community. This role can be structured as either full-time or part-time to suit the right candidate, with salary pro-rated accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the marketing strategy across all channels and ensure alignment between content, advertising, partnerships, and customer journey
Manage and optimise digital advertising, including Google Ads and other paid platforms, with a focus on performance and return on investment
Oversee website development, content accuracy, user experience, and search engine optimisation
Develop and maintain a consistent content pipeline aligned with campaign goals and seasonal priorities
Source, brief, and manage freelancers and agencies, including designers, photographers, copywriters, and advertising specialists
Identify and negotiate growth partnerships that expand our reach, such as platform listings, experience marketplaces, hospitality partnerships, concierge services, and complementary wellness brands
Monitor performance data, implement adjustments, and report outcomes to leadership and the external advisor
Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all digital channels and ensure messaging reflects The Bath House culture and values
Support future location launches by developing scalable and repeatable marketing frameworks
Essential Requirements
Experience in hospitality, wellness, beauty, luxury lifestyle, or a similarly competitive consumer market
Oversee website development, maintenance, and optimisation, including SEO best practices
Experiences in sourcing and managing freelancers and creative agencies
Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on performance metrics
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with our wellness-focused audience
Demonstrate ability in website development and management
Experience in sourcing and managing freelancers and external partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
