Marketing Manager

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and market share. Manage and lead the marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management. Coordinate content creation, copywriting, and visual design using Adobe Photoshop and other creative tools. Utilise WordPress for website management and optimisation to improve user experience and engagement. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports for senior management. Plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen business relationships and generate leads. Organise projects efficiently using project management tools, ensuring deadlines are met within budget constraints. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives; support B2B outreach strategies. Manage organisational resources effectively, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across departments to ensure cohesive branding efforts.

Skills



Proven management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. Skilled in copywriting with a flair for creating compelling content tailored for various audiences. Experienced in social media management across multiple platforms to optimise engagement. Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies to target corporate clients effectively. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Organisational skills coupled with time management expertise to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations is advantageous.
