Duties
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including B2B marketing campaigns.
Manage digital marketing activities such as SEO optimisation, Google Ads campaigns, email marketing, and social media management.
Coordinate content creation including copywriting for websites, blogs, and promotional materials.
Analyse market data using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Oversee website management using WordPress and ensure content is optimised for search engines.
Lead project management efforts for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content to support campaigns.
Manage organisational tasks using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Foster strong relationships with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities.
Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to marketing operations.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
Experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and B2B communication channels.
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
