Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across two core business divisions: Industrial OEM and Cable Management. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through targeted campaigns that align with the unique needs of OEM customers, electrical contractors, specifiers, and wholesalers

Duties


Strategic Marketing Planning:



Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for both divisions aligned with overall business goals. Identify and segment key target audiences: OEMs, electrical contractors, specifiers, wholesalers. Work closely with sales and product development teams to define value propositions and messaging.

Campaign Management:



Create and manage B2B campaigns, including product launches, demand generation, and promotional initiatives. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.). Develop content strategies, including technical datasheets, case studies, blogs, videos, and product guides. Interface with CRM system (Vecta)

Channel & Partner Marketing:



Develop tailored marketing programs for electrical wholesalers, distribution partners & electrical contractors and contractor community. Provide marketing support for sales reps and distributor networks (POS materials, brochures, merchandising).

Brand & Product Positioning:



Maintain and strengthen brand positioning across all customer touchpoints. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication materials.

Events & Trade Shows:



Plan and coordinate presence at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Collaborate with sales teams to optimise lead capture and post-event follow-up.

Market & Competitor Analysis:



Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform marketing strategies, pricing support, and product messaging.

Reporting & Analytics:



Track campaign performance and report on KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI). Use data to optimise campaigns and improve targeting. Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources, Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Social Media Execution & Engagement



Manage and schedule content across Metpro platforms; LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Create compelling and engaging posts covering a variety of subject matter ie product highlights, our people, thought leadership, CSR and more Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR) and report insights to the Marketing Director Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and brand loyalty Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels

Content Creation & Visual Media:



Design high-impact marketing materials including brochures, datasheets, trade show assets, and digital ads Produce and edit promotional videos, product demos, and customer testimonials Maintain brand consistency across all visual and multimedia content

Key Relationships:



Internal: Sales teams, Engineering, Customer Service External: Distributors, Agencies, OEM Customers, Electrical Contractors, Media Partners, Industry Bodies (EDA, ECA, Luckins)

Experience



Essential:



5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of marketing to OEMs and trade-based audiences (contractors, specifiers, wholesalers). Proven experience in developing and managing multichannel marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:



Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier). Familiarity with technical/engineering products and terminology. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video production capabilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
