We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, lead generation and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing strategies, with a focus on B2C environments. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that leverage various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebooks Ads and Email Marketing, while also utilising tools such as WordPress and Adobe for content creation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
Create engaging content for our website using WordPress, ensuring it is optimised for search engines.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Oversee Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted and effective in reaching our audience.
Lead the marketing, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2C context.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Email Marketing platforms.
Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content updates.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials is advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
