Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO optimisation, Google Ads campaigns, and social media management.
Coordinate content creation, copywriting, and visual design using Adobe Photoshop and other creative tools.
Maintain and update the company website using WordPress; optimise content for search engines.
Analyse campaign performance through Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences effectively.
Manage B2B marketing initiatives to establish strategic partnerships and expand market reach.
Organise projects using project management methodologies; ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentations, and documentation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial marketing role with a track record of successful campaign execution.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads management, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing.
Demonstrable skills in copywriting, social media management, project management, organisational skills, and analysis techniques.
Experience in B2B marketing environments with excellent communication skills in English.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
