Marketing Manager

to lead this exciting development.

The Role



This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and drive the marketing function across all areas of the business. You'll lead the development of a brand-new company website, manage digital content and vehicle listings, take ownership of social media channels, and oversee company branding, merchandise, and uniforms.

You'll play a hands-on role in promoting our fleet, improving customer engagement, and modernising how we present our services to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities



Website & Digital Presence



Oversee the design, development, and launch of a new company website. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's service offerings. Maintain and regularly update the website with the latest vehicle availability, news, and updates. Collaborate with external developers or agencies as required.

Vehicle Listings & Photography



Create and manage adverts for used vehicles, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Photograph vehicles to a high standard for web and marketing use. Write engaging and technically accurate descriptions for all listed vehicles.

Social Media Management



Manage and update all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.). Develop a content plan to promote vehicles, services, company news, and team highlights. Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and grow our online presence.

Branding, Merchandise & Uniforms



Take ownership of all branded materials, including company uniforms, PPE, stationery, and promotional items. Ensure consistent branding across all customer-facing and internal assets. Coordinate with suppliers for design, ordering, and stock management of branded items.

Marketing Strategy & Support



Develop and implement marketing plans to support hire and sales growth. Liaise with internal teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals. Monitor performance across digital channels and report key metrics to management.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in vehicle hire, automotive, construction, or related sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing, website content management (WordPress or similar), and visual branding. Competence in photography. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Desirable (But Not Essential)



University degree in marketing / business marketing Experience or knowledge of SEO best practices. Previous involvement in uniform/merchandise branding and procurement.
