We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including B2B marketing initiatives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing.
Conduct SEO optimisation and utilise Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for websites, social media posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Manage website content using WordPress and ensure optimisation for search engines.
Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through organisational skills and leadership to foster collaboration.
Experience
Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields.
Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
Demonstrated ability in project management with a focus on organisational skills and time management.
Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content through copywriting.
Leadership experience with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
