Disputes Mediation is one of the UK's leading family mediation providers, and we're looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing.

You'll be responsible for everything from digital campaigns to printed brochures, social media to SEO, PPC to website management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape and lead the marketing function in a growing, values-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver the full marketing strategy (online and offline) Manage and optimise the website (WordPress) and SEO strategy Plan and run PPC campaigns (Google Ads, paid social) Create content for social media, blogs, email, and print Design or manage production of print materials (flyers, brochures, banners) Monitor marketing performance and report on key metrics Work closely with directors to align marketing with growth goals

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' experience in a full-spectrum marketing role Strong copywriting and content creation abilities Confident with SEO, PPC, social media and analytics tools Experience with WordPress, Canva or Adobe tools, and email marketing platforms Print marketing experience (design, production, supplier liaison) Proactive, creative, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

Experience in the legal, mediation, or professional services sector. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
