Job Summary


As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing strategy, content and campaigns, helping us tell our story and build stronger connections with our customers.

This is a hands-on, varied role for a marketing all-rounder who thrives on creativity and organisation. You will manage Particularly Good's marketing across multiple platforms, including social media, website, email, production and campaigns. You will balance strategy with execution, from planning long-term marketing activity to creating short-form content and supporting seasonal promotions.

Key Responsibilities



Brand & Content



Lead the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant campaigns. Create and manage engaging content across social media, website, farm and production. Oversee photography, videography and other creative assets. Maintain consistency across the Particularly Good brand and tone of voice.

Digital Marketing & Social Media



Grow and engage our social media community on Facebook & Instagram. Plan and execute social media campaigns. Oversee performance metrics and use insights to optimise results. Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and enquiries across all social channels - including out-of-hours when required - ensuring our tone of voice, professionalism, and customer care standards are consistently upheld.

Events & Community Engagement



Plan, co-ordinate and run events, including trade shows (where suitable), local community events and annual wholesale events.

Attend events as a brand representative, engaging with attendees and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and/or partnership.

Work with internal teams to maximise brand presence, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow up.

Identify and recommend opportunities for the brand to be involved in local or regional initiatives and industry events.

Product & Campaign Management



Support seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with partners, customers and suppliers on marketing initiatives. Develop creative ideas to showcase our products and story.

General Duties & Communications



Collaborate closely with the wider PGP team (production & farming team). Manage incoming emails and other customer communications promptly and professionally, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, maintaining a consistent brand tone and high standard of service across all channels. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Reporting & Analytics



Track and report on campaign performance and social media engagement. Use insights to improve and refine marketing activities.

Person Specification - This Individual Must Be...



A creative, organised all-rounder who can manage strategy, content and campaigns. Confident in content creation, social media and digital marketing. A proactive self-starter, adaptable and happy to get hands-on when needed. Strong in communication, with excellent attention to detail. Able to plan, create and deliver campaigns across multiple platforms. Passionate about food and quality. Skilled in working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Skills & Experience



Experience in marketing, preferably in social media, content creation and/or brand management. Strong copywriting and visual content skills. Competent with digital tools and social media platforms. Knowledge of the food or agriculture sector is a bonus but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
