As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing strategy and drive awareness, demand, and brand credibility in the market. Key Responsibilities



You'll lead our marketing strategy and execution to drive lead generation, strengthen our market positioning, and grow our brand presence. This includes:

Developing and executing a marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audiences. Owning lead generation to support sales pipeline growth and revenue targets. Creating compelling, consistent messaging and content across all channels (website, email, social, paid media, collateral, etc.). Managing digital campaigns, website performance, social media presence, and marketing assets. Tracking, reporting, and optimising marketing KPIs (leads, conversion rates, engagement, cost per lead). Collaborating closely with Sales to ensure marketing-generated leads meet pipeline quality standards. Conducting market and competitor research to inform positioning, campaign direction, and product messaging. Supporting internal and external communications to reinforce brand voice, culture, and thought leadership. Ensuring all marketing activities reflect the company's vision, values, and market differentiation.

What We're Looking For



Experience in marketing within a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally in a hands-on generalist role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and lead generation. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving campaign performance. Collaborative approach and confidence working closely with Sales and Leadership teams. Self-starter with the ability to prioritise, take ownership, and deliver results in a growing organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
