We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns and analysing market trends to optimise performance. An interest and experience in speciality coffee and/or the hospitality industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute and oversee integrated marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Lead the creation of compelling content through copywriting, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Utilise SEO techniques to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase brand visibility.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to inform future strategies and manage all paid advertising.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement using Klaviyo.
Oversee website management ensuring content is current and optimised for user experience.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Lead B2B and B2C marketing efforts, establishing strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with Klaviyo
Experience with Shopify and Shopify analytics.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across digital channels.
Experience in project management with excellent organisational skills and time management abilities.
Proactive and quick thinking, able to generate innovative and engaging campaigns and content suitable to the speciality coffee industry
