Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Marketing, Media and Graphic Design Executive to support our Marketing and Communications department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our products.
- Assisting product groups in preparing marketing materials (technical documents, PowerPoints, adverts, exhibitions). Graphic design experience will be essential in preparing associated collateral.
- Management of web pages in terms of content, making sure that they are correct and up to date. Will be using wordpress / elementor to keep webpages updated.
- Co-ordinating events and exhibitions associated with the product groups, i.e. logistics, organising collateral and marketing materials.
- Planning and creating engaging content for social media (primarily LinkedIn).
- Setting up, designing and launching external e-mail campaigns.
- Planning / coordinating and designing and delivering our monthly newsletter.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including websites, social media and documentation.
Please note:
Occasional overnight travel may be required with this role.
The above list of duties is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Previous experience of using the full Adobe Creative suite is essential.
- The ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- A flexible approach to work, being comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Outstanding time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms, content management systems and social media management tools.
Education and Qualifications

BA/BSc
in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia/Creative Media.
