In the coming months, the business embarks on the next chapter of its exciting growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors. To support this, we are looking to expand our team with a Marketing & Office Coordinator who will play a key role in both our day-to-day office operations and creative marketing initiatives.

Job Role Summary


This hybrid role combines creativity, organisation, and people skills. The Marketing & Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing our marketing activities across social media and digital platforms, as well as ensuring the smooth running of our London Bridge office.

On the marketing side, you will manage content creation, social media scheduling, video and photo editing, and paid digital advertising. On the office side, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, coordinate office supplies and services, and support the organisation of company and marketing events.

The ideal candidate will be both detail-oriented and creative, with a passion for social media, content creation, and delivering an exceptional in-office experience.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Plan, record, and edit video and photo content for digital channels and promotional use.
Create and post targeted PPC campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other advertising tools.
Monitor and analyse social media and campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Assist with the planning and promotion of company and marketing events.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Office Coordination Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
Maintain stock levels and ensure the office is well-supplied, organised, and presentable.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate company meetings, staff events, and client functions.
Support the organisation of marketing and community events.
Manage general administrative duties including mail, deliveries, and internal communications.

Qualifications


Experience in marketing, office administration, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
Experience using Meta Ads Manager and basic PPC campaign setup.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or project management software.
