Purpose of Job/Key objectives

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote SYCC's programs and services, increase community engagement, and enhance our brand presence.

Principal Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns which can reach our target audiences consisting of both elderly and young people (e.g., social media for majority of the youth, and leaflets for the elderly). Marketing should be in different languages too to cater to our clients from different backgrounds. Manage SYCC's social media platforms, website, and other digital channels. Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Coordinate and promote events, workshops, upcoming projects and community activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies. Build and maintain relationships with local media, funding partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
