Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Officer to join a well-known global food business, supporting brand and product activity across fresh and packaged food categories in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years' experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing-ideally within food or FMCG-who's looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver impactful campaigns and innovation projects.
What you'll be doing
Supporting NPD and brand management across multiple categories
Helping to deliver in-store visibility and activation plans
Coordinating packaging, supply, and cross-functional teams on projects
Assisting with local consumer activities such as promotions, sponsorships, and ambassador campaigns
Supporting advertising, social media, and digital activity alongside creative agencies
Helping to gather and report on consumer and market insights
Providing marketing support for sales teams (e.g. trade presentations)
Assisting with budget tracking and administration
What we're looking for
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Around 3 years' experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales (food/FMCG preferred)
Familiarity with the UK retail environment
A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
